Well spring is finally here and the Yale Lions members are all gearing up for the numerous fundraisers we have planned for the next few months, raffles, golf outings, festivals, and many other things we try to do to raise money for the needy in our community. We rely greatly on the donations from all of you to make sure that no one has to suffer the treachery of this trying economy. We also have to rely on the hard work all of our members, and we are always looking for more help, we are extending an open invitation to all to join us to experience the great heart felt joy we Lions feel when we can help.     The Yale Lions Club is made up of over 60 individual volunteers, men and woman who are willing to roll up their sleeves, dig right in and get their hands dirty to make sure that the needy people in the community are well taken care of. Those that may have lost their loved ones, or may have had a home fire, or even a major illness. We like to think that through our efforts we can increase the quality of life for whom ever we help.
